Meet Dr. Grace Jazrawi
Dr. Grace Jazrawi is an internal medicine physician originally from New Jersey and the founder of FIAT Primary Medical Clinic.
She is trained in the Creighton Model System and has a passion for providing superior, life-affirming healthcare to women, especially those struggling with infertility. She creates long-term relationships with her patients, assisting in healing in any way she can.
Dr. Grace Jazrawi is a Dame in the Order of Malta, whose mission is to defend the Catholic faith and care for the sick and poor around the world. She exemplifies this mission in her dedication to serving her patients with compassion and excellence, walking alongside them through their most vulnerable moments and never losing sight of the dignity of every life she is entrusted to care for.
The Culture of Our Clinic
At FIAT Primary Care Clinic, everything we do is rooted in the sanctity of life.
Dr. Grace Jazrawi believes that every person is lovingly and intentionally created by God, deserving of dignity and care from conception to natural death. This conviction is why she practices medicine, and she delights in sharing this perspective with her patients.
You won’t find rushed, 15-minute visits here. Dr. Jazrawi takes the time to truly know her patients. She asks meaningful questions to understand not just your symptoms, but you. Her goal is to build lasting relationships built on trust and genuine care.
While FIAT is not a Catholic institution, Dr. Jazrawi doesn’t shy away from her faith. She believes healing involves the whole person, and she isn’t afraid to invite Christ into that process.
That said, you don’t have to share her faith to become her patient. Dr. Jazrawi is proud of what she believes. She is just as proud to serve every person who walks through her doors, whoever they are.

The name FIAT Primary Care Clinic carries deep meaning. In the Catholic faith, “fiat” is a Latin word meaning “let it be done.” It echoes the words of the Blessed Virgin Mary, who, when the Angel Gabriel announced she would become the mother of Jesus, responded with complete surrender and trust: her own resounding “yes” to God’s will.
For Dr. Grace Jazrawi, this word captures something personal. She doesn’t see medicine as simply a career. It’s a calling, and opening this clinic is her own “fiat,” her own “yes” to the path God has set before her.
That calling drives everything she does, inspiring her to serve her patients with unwavering dedication and compassion, day in and day out.
